L. Eric Culverson is an electrical engineer and was the first ever trainer for Xilinx (now AMD) in North America. He is highly regarded in the Xilinx (now AMD) technology realm. He has personally taught more than 10,000 circuit designers, programmers and university personnel. He is thought of as the ultimate technology insider with more than thirty years of experience in electrical engineering, professional training, and military and business leadership. He is a highly acclaimed trainer, winner of multiple Instructor of the Year awards, and is well-respected in the Xilinx community. Passionate about the Xilinx (now AMD) tools, Eric strives to ensure that every class participant is empowered with in-depth knowledge and skills to contribute to their teams at the highest levels. Eric earned his degree in Electrical Engineering at Prairie State A&M University in Texas.

Chief Operations Officer
Patricia Townsend is responsible for proprietary program content creation and client relations. Patricia is a professional speaker who specializes in communication competencies. She is a former university instructor, having taught in the fields of Oral and Interpersonal Communication as well as Cultural Diversity at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has given over nine hundred professional presentations and keynote addresses in the last 20 years. Over the past two decades, she has taught and coached hundreds of engineers, technical speakers, and industry leaders. She has a deep and empathetic connection to her clients which has yielded remarkable results. Her research and expertise is focused on the psychology of communication and persuasion. Patricia has a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Psychology.
